that Mr. Tutor is profoundly different than other tutoring services. In essence, we
have acquired the "middle niche" in the tutoring world. On the one hand, we are
definitely different than a learning center, where the customer is required to
purchase a minimum package of hours through a contract and required to take
diagnostic tests at high prices. On the other hand, we are not a unlicensed program,
inexpensive, but often times unqualified, with no background checks and no
